WPC Wide Wavy Wall Cladding 219 x 26 mm (2.83 kg/m) is the widest board in the range and the lightest wavy board per square metre. At 219 mm it covers a square metre with only 4.57 m of board - 3.7% less than a 211 mm board, 23% less than 168 mm and more than a third less than a standard 140 mm. Cleaning follows the same logic as any wavy board: the face is a series of slopes that will not hold water, so rain runs straight off and carries the dust with it, leaving no ponding marks; dust settles slowly in the recesses and a hose now and then is the normal upkeep - more than a flat board needs, far less than timber slats demand. Outdoor performance is unchanged: it takes in no water, so it will not rot, split, host insects or grow mould; UV-stabilised so the colour will not bleach; no paint and no wax, ever. WPC Wall Cladding 156 x 21 mm (1.86 kg/m) is a board that takes lightness as far as it will go. Cladding works in a completely different direction to decking: it hangs on a wall, and weight brings it nothing but trouble. So this board is made as a thin-wall hollow section - 1.86 kg per meter, less than half the 4.02 kg/m that the same size would weigh in solid WPC, a saving of 54%. And afterwards there is no heavy board dragging on its fixings, sagging or working loose. At 156 mm the face is an efficient covering width - wider than the usual 140 mm and 150 mm, so you use fewer boards and fewer joints and the wall reads as one continuous surface.
