Cladding works in a completely different direction to decking: it hangs on a wall, and weight brings it nothing but trouble. So this board is made as a thin-wall hollow section - 1.86 kg per meter, less than half the 4.02 kg/m that the same size would weigh in solid WPC, a saving of 54%. And afterwards there is no heavy board dragging on its fixings, sagging or working loose. At 156 mm the face is an efficient covering width - wider than the usual 140 mm and 150 mm, so you use fewer boards and fewer joints and the wall reads as one continuous surface. The face is completely flat - no pressed grain, no grooves - so a finished wall reads as one clean plane. Light falls evenly across it instead of being broken into light and dark bands by a texture, and the result is a modern, minimal, unfussy look. That flat face brings three practical advantages. The 156 mm face means fewer boards and fewer joints, the 21 mm thickness keeps each board stiff and the joints flat, and the hollow chambers add thermal and sound insulation. Outdoor performance is unchanged: it takes in no water, so it will not rot, split, host insects or grow mould; UV-stabilised so the colour will not bleach; no paint and no wax, ever. For a clean, unfussy wall that is easy to keep clean and can carry lettering and light fittings, the flat board is the one made for it.

WPC Wall Cladding Straight Grain 168 x 21 mm (2.2 kg/m) is the most design-led board in the range, and the widest. At 168 mm it has the broadest face we make: covering one square metre takes only 5.95 m of board, 7.2% less than a 156 mm board and nearly a sixth less than a 140 mm one. Joints fall by the same margin, so there is less to line up, fewer trims to close and less labour, and the wall is broken up less often - from a distance it reads closer to one continuous sheet of finish. A 168 mm face with 21 mm of thickness keeps each board stiff and the joints flat, and the hollow chambers add thermal and sound insulation. Outdoor performance is unchanged: it takes in no water, so it will not rot, split, host insects or grow mould; UV-stabilised so the colour will not bleach; no paint and no wax, ever. For a wall whose proportions you want to tune with line, on the widest face and with the fewest joints, the 168 mm straight grain board is the one made for it.

WPC Wall Cladding Wavy 211 x 28 mm (3.16 kg/m) is the most sculptural board in the range, and the widest. Start with the plain commercial point: at 211 mm it has the broadest face we make, and covering one square metre takes only 4.74 m of board - 20% less than a 168 mm board, 26% less than 156 mm and a full third less than a standard 140 mm. Weight is still low: at 3.16 kg per meter and about 15 kg of board per square metre, one person can lift a board into position and fix it, battens do not need closing up, the wall needs no strengthening, and on renovation work it goes straight over existing tiles or painted render with no strip-out and no waste to cart away. Outdoor performance is unchanged: it takes in no water, so it will not rot, split, host insects or grow mould; UV-stabilised so the colour will not bleach; no paint and no wax, ever. To give a whole wall sculptural depth and shadow with one board - on the widest face and with the fewest joints - this is the one.

WPC Wide Wavy Wall Cladding 219 x 26 mm (2.83 kg/m) is the widest board in the range and the lightest wavy board per square metre. At 219 mm it covers a square metre with only 4.57 m of board - 3.7% less than a 211 mm board, 23% less than 168 mm and more than a third less than a standard 140 mm. Cleaning follows the same logic as any wavy board: the face is a series of slopes that will not hold water, so rain runs straight off and carries the dust with it, leaving no ponding marks; dust settles slowly in the recesses and a hose now and then is the normal upkeep - more than a flat board needs, far less than timber slats demand. Outdoor performance is unchanged: it takes in no water, so it will not rot, split, host insects or grow mould; UV-stabilised so the colour will not bleach; no paint and no wax, ever. For a large wall that needs the least board, the least weight per square metre and a sculpted face, the 219 mm is the one built for it. 219 x 26 mm wavy WPC wall cladding, 2.83 kg/m - the widest face in the range at 4.57 m of board per square metre, and the lightest wavy board at about 12.9 kg per square metre.

WPC Co-extruded Wavy Wall Cladding 219 x 26 mm (2.85 kg/m) is the widest board in the range, the only fully capped board we make, and the lightest wavy board per square metre. At 219 mm it covers a square metre with only 4.57 m of board — 3.7% less than a 211 mm board, 23% less than 168 mm and more than a third less than a standard 140 mm — and joints fall by the same proportion, so a large elevation is broken up the fewest times of any board we make and reads as one continuous finished surface. At 2.85 kg per meter it works out at about 13.0 kg of board per square metre, 13.1% lighter than the 211 x 28 mm — the lightest wavy board we make — so on large facades, high-level elevations and over-cladding work you spend the least material and put the least load on the fixings. 219 x 26 mm co-extruded wavy WPC wall cladding, 2.85 kg/m — the widest face in the range at 4.57 m of board per square metre, the lightest wavy board at about 13.0 kg per square metre, and the only fully capped board we make.
