  • WPC Solid Straight-Grain Narrow Decking 50 x 11 mm (0.72 kg/m) is the narrowest board in the deck range, and the only one that can be laid in a pattern. Wide boards have their logic - a 140 mm board covers a square metre with just 7 m of board, fewest joints, fastest to lay; that is the logic of efficiency. The narrow strip does what the wide board cannot. First, the look: traditional timber decks were always built from narrow planks, laid tight, one fine line against the next - that is what a timber deck looks like in people's memory. WPC went to 140 and 150 mm faces to save material and labour; the 50 mm strip goes the other way and brings the classic face back.  50 x 11 mm solid straight-grain narrow WPC decking, 0.72 kg/m - the only board in the deck range that can be laid in a pattern: herringbone, basket weave, ladder, all of them, mitred on solid section with no void to show; one 3 m piece is 2.16 kg, and a damaged strip is replaced strip by strip.

  • WPC Solid Straight-Grain Thin Decking 140 x 10 mm (1.86 kg/m) is the deck board that puts down the burden of thickness. A conventional WPC deck board is 22-25 mm thick because it has to carry the span between joists on its own section; on this board the span is handed to the substrate - it goes down on a concrete roof slab or an old balcony's tiled surface, bases that are already hard, or on joists tightened to 25-30 cm centres, and 10 mm of solid section is then all it needs. For a timber-deck finish on a roof, a balcony or any hard base where you cannot add load and cannot raise the level, this 140 x 10 solid straight-grain thin board is the one built for that place. 140 x 10 mm solid straight-grain thin WPC decking, 1.86 kg/m - just 13.3 kg of board per square metre, the lightest deck board in the range; a 10 mm finished face that clears the doors, laid on hard bases or on close-centred joists.

  • WPC Solid Straight-Grain Slat 70 x 10 mm (1 kg/m) is a strip made to be laid in runs — its grain runs as parallel straight lines along the length, not as scattered timber figure. That direction is exactly what divides it from the embossed version: an embossed strip is for looking at up close, where the relief and the light and shade read as real timber; but when you set dozens of strips side by side into a slat wall, a screen or a ceiling, every embossed strip carries its figure in a different direction, so the run reads as scattered — and the joints are where the change of direction shows worst.  70 x 10 mm solid straight-grain WPC slat, 1 kg/m — the grain runs parallel along the length, so dozens of strips read as one continuous face of straight-grained timber; density 1.429, the densest solid strip we make.

  • WPC Wall Cladding 156 x 21 mm (1.86 kg/m) is a board that takes lightness as far as it will go. Cladding works in a completely different direction to decking: it hangs on a wall, and weight brings it nothing but trouble. So this board is made as a thin-wall hollow section - 1.86 kg per meter, less than half the 4.02 kg/m that the same size would weigh in solid WPC, a saving of 54%. And afterwards there is no heavy board dragging on its fixings, sagging or working loose. At 156 mm the face is an efficient covering width - wider than the usual 140 mm and 150 mm, so you use fewer boards and fewer joints and the wall reads as one continuous surface. The 21 mm thickness keeps each board stiff and the joints flat, with no bowing or sagging between fixings.  156 x 21 mm WPC wall cladding, 1.86 kg/m - half the weight of solid board, goes straight over an old wall, one person can fix it, and it never needs painting.

  • WPC Co-Extrusion Decking 150 x 25 mm (4.73 kg/m) is the largest section in our dense co-extrusion range and the best of the range at spanning. With a 150 mm face and 25 mm thickness behind a dense formula (1.261 g/cm3), the section delivers a second moment of area of roughly 195,000 mm4 - about 2.1 times that of the 140 x 20 mm dense board and 1.38 times the 140 x 23 mm. And its weather resistance is not a coating on the surface - it is the section itself: the shell wraps continuously around the profile and is extruded in step with the core as a single body, so there is no facing to peel and no seam to leak. For long spans, less framing and lasting weather resistance in a solid co-extrusion board, the 150 x 25 mm is the top of the range.

  • WPC Co-Extrusion Decking 140 x 20 mm (3.576 kg/m) is the slim board in our dense co-extrusion range. It comes off the same core recipe as the 140 x 23 mm - a volumetric density of 1.277 g/cm3 against 1.280 - so the density is identical and only the height drops by 3 mm. Those 3 mm buy you three things: lower total weight per square metre (0.54 kg less per meter), which matters on rooftops, balconies and mezzanines with load limits; a deck that sits lower, so steps, edge trims and transitions to doors or interior floors are far easier to detail; and less material per square metre, for a friendlier purchase cost. The weather resistance comes from a shell that is grown onto the core during extrusion - one composite body with no interface to peel - so it will not delaminate or lift. No paint, no wax. The density of a solid co-extrusion board, with less height, less weight and less cost - that is the 140 x 20 mm.

  • WPC Co-Extrusion Decking 140 x 23 mm (4.12 kg/m) is the heaviest board in our capped range - at 4.12 kg per meter the 140 x 23 section is almost fully filled, giving a volumetric density of 1.28 g/cm3, a notch denser than our standard solid formula. You feel that weight underfoot: a solid, drum-free step, no flex under a crowd, no deformation under sustained load, and far less risk of wind uplift. The dense core also holds fixings firmly, so installation locks in first time. Its weather resistance comes from a polymer shell extruded in step with the core and fused into it - not a laminated film, so there is no layer to peel, blister or lift at the edges. UV exposure won't bleach the colour, rain won't leave it damp or mouldy, and oily or saucy spills wipe straight off the sealed surface - no paint, no wax, ever. With 140 mm width and 23 mm thickness it is the balanced ratio for a wide range of decks: ground-level gardens, terraces, walkways and pool surrounds. Weather resistance with real substance - the heavy-duty answer in our co-extrusion line.

  • WPC Co-Extrusion Decking 148 × 22.5 mm (2.75 kg/m) — the wide-board option in our capped composite line. A polymer shell is co-extruded around the core in a single pass and fully bonded 360°, so it will not peel, delaminate or lift at the edges. The result is built-in weather resistance: UV-stable and fade-free, holding its factory colour after years in the sun; a dense, non-porous surface that repels coffee, sauce and oil stains — wipe once and it's clean, no staining, no mould; waterproof, scratch- and wear-resistant, with no painting, oiling or waxing ever needed. The 22.5 mm profile weighs just 2.75 kg per meter — solid underfoot yet light to handle, transport and install, ideal for rooftop terraces, balconies and poolside areas where weight and labour matter. And at 148 mm it is wider than standard 140 mm boards, so you need fewer boards and fewer joints for a more continuous, seamless-looking deck.

  • A 140 × 23 mm co-extrusion WPC decking board — the first co-extruded (capped) product in the range, built on a different technical road from all the uncapped boards before it. A conventional WPC board extrudes one material through and through; this board extrudes a dense engineering-polymer cap layer onto the core simultaneously, in-line, fusing core and shell into one piece on the same production line — it cannot delaminate or peel. The 140 × 23 co-extrusion board is for the briefs that ask for colour that lasts, stains that don't stick and handling that stays light: premium residential gardens, terraces, balconies and guesthouses — the customers who pay for how it looks in year five.

  • A 150 × 25 mm solid straight-grain WPC decking board, co-extruded in one piece from wood-plastic composite, weighing a solid 4.593 kg per metre (core density around 1.225 g/cm³, standard high-density formulation, tightly packed) — the widest-faced board in the solid straight-grain range. Structurally it is 25 mm of solid material throughout: a continuous load path with no hole walls waiting to buckle, bending stiffness and load capacity above any hollow board of the same depth, and no permanent deformation under sustained traffic or long-sitting furniture. Screw-holding is real: drill freely and drive self-tapping screws directly — handrail posts, outdoor furniture and equipment all anchor firmly. Steps land solid with zero hollowness. The 150 × 25 solid straight-grain board is for the briefs that ask for one unbroken surface, a modern face and easy upkeep — the workhorse for premium residential gardens, terraces, guesthouses and boutique commercial spaces.

  • A 150 × 25 mm solid straight-grain WPC decking board, co-extruded in one piece from wood-plastic composite, weighing a solid 4.494 kg per metre (core density around 1.20 g/cm³, standard formulation, tightly packed) — the widest-faced board in the solid straight-grain range. At 150 mm it is the broadest face in the whole range, and the arithmetic is simple: the fewest boards and the fewest seams per square metre. Fewer seams means the deck reads as one continuous sheet of timber rather than a set of strips clipped together, and the install side benefits just as directly — fewer cuts, fewer clips, fewer man-hours, the highest coverage rate on large areas. The 150 × 25 solid straight-grain board is for the briefs that ask for one unbroken surface, a modern face and easy upkeep — the workhorse for premium residential gardens, terraces, guesthouses and boutique commercial spaces.

  • A 140 × 40 mm solid straight-grain WPC decking board, co-extruded in one piece from wood-plastic composite, weighing a commanding 8.75 kg per metre — the flagship-depth board of the solid straight-grain range. A 40 mm section paired with a reinforced high-density formulation of roughly 1.56 g/cm³ pushes bending stiffness to the top of the range — about 4.1× that of the 140 × 25, and 2.37× the 140 × 30. That means two things. The 140 × 40 solid straight-grain board is the strength ceiling of the solid range: vehicle lanes, equipment access routes, seaside boardwalks, large platforms and plazas — the thickest, stiffest, steadiest, all in one board.
