A 146 × 25 mm embossed WPC decking board with seven round holes, co-extruded in one piece from wood-plastic composite — the most heavily perforated and most evenly load-bearing board in the embossed range. Seven round holes run evenly through the core, more than any other profile we make, which means the same cross-section is divided into more load-bearing units and foot traffic is spread across more surfaces: the risk of localised sinking, bowing and hollow-sounding flex drops further with every added hole. The 146 mm face is wider than a standard narrow board, so there's one less seam per run: the deck reads as a single continuous surface, the finished look is cleaner, and there's less cutting, less clipping and less labour per square metre. At 25 mm it sits right at the balance point between strength and weight — far more substantial underfoot than a 20 mm board, yet lighter and more material-efficient than a heavy structural section, keeping shipping and installation costs in check and asking little of joists and sub-base. The 146 × 25 with seven round holes is the wide, evenly balanced pick in the embossed range — full-width boards, the most uniform load distribution we offer, and exactly the right section depth.
